JC and the team have recently completed an extensive refurb of our home in Javea. We live in the UK so it was very important for us to instruct a company who was trustworthy, professional and competent and in Technihomes we found all of this. We were kept informed of the progress at all times. JC sent photo updates regularly and was in constant communication with us before, during and after the works were completed. They went over and above normal expectations, sticking to deadlines and helping us source products from various suppliers. Nothing was too much trouble. From the management side to the team in the office, to the tradesmen they employ, to the contractors they use, their service and quality of work is impeccable. Thanks to JC and his team our house renovations have been completed on budget and on time to a great standard. We were absent in the UK whilst the majority of the works were undertaken and we were kept informed of progress as well as unforeseen issues. JC speaks excellent English and kept us updated by what’s app and phone calls. We were particularly impressed the completion date was adhered to and the quality of workmanship. In addition Elma, Kirsty and Tony in the office are all lovely friendly people that are a pleasure to deal with. Tecnihomes recently renovated our house : breaking down some walls to install a bigger kitchen, renovating the bathroom, installing higher doors, insulation and painting work... All the work was done 100% according to plan, within the agreed timing, within the proposed budget. We were not present during the works, but JC kept us aware of the progress every week via Whatsapp, and more importantly took the initiative to show us problems with the existing drainage system, and solved them. We have experience with renovations in Belgium, France and Germany ...the one in Spain was the best, thanks to JC and his team!

Así que simplemente otra nota máxima: servicio, amabilidad, pulcritud y calidad en los trabajos. We have generally worked with Juan Carlos or 'JC', and he always has an excellent understanding of our requirements. The discussions are then turned into detailed quotes leaving you in no doubt of the work being undertaken and at what cost. Our latest project involved a change in design to our terraces and pool surround and JC was happy to visit multiple times to get the design right. All our works have been completed when we have been away from the property and JC has kept us informed through photos and videos which has proved to be extremely useful especially for any questions during the works. I'm not sure what we'd do without JC and his team at Technihomes. They are our go-to people for anything house or garden related. We were lucky enough to find them through several friends who have had extensive works done by them. Technihomes have transformed our pool & terrace, advising on the best solutions and keeping us well-informed. Any snagging issues were promptly taken care of. If we have an emergency of any kind (e.g. plumbing / electrics) JC will have the necessary tradesman round in super quick time. Juan Carlos completed a large renovation for us on The Montgo prior to lockdown. Two new bedrooms, three new bathrooms and outdoor paving. JC handled all aspects of the build on our behalf as we were overseas for the duration of the project. We could not fault the service received and we are very happy with the finished project. JC runs a very efficient team, lots of attention to detail from those on site and a big thank you too to Kirsty in the office. Would highly recommend Technihomes for your projects small or large. In Spring (2021) we engaged Technihomes to renovate our kitchen/dining area. We had a large kitchen extension and a small damp room off it to amalgamate into one. Juan Carlos was excellent at guiding and advising us through this process. The whole area and ceiling was insulated, new electrics, plumbing, flooring and the installation of new kitchen units and island. Everything was well planned and proceeded without any problems. Technihomes employees are also great guys to have around. In October 2022, we had our main bathroom completely refurbished, adding underfloor heating, removing bath etc., once again new, flooring, insulation, electrics, plumbing. We are delighted with the standard of finish and the after service we have received. Working with Technihomes and Juan Carlos has been an absolute pleasure, but all of the staff at Technihomes are excellent. If you work with Technihomes you won’t be disappointed!

We decided last year to completely renovate our outdoor area and pool area in our house, and renovate the kitchen and living room. We contacted 3 different general contractors to decide which company to choose. Based on competence and professionalism, the choice fell on Technihomes and Juan Carlos as supplier. After a few months of renovation where they have tiled over 250 m2 of tiles outdoors/kitchen and living room, built a glazed garden room, built pillars and garage, renovated the pool and not least built new channels/drainage of surface water, we are incredibly satisfied with the completion.
