Son un desastre, lo peor, mala calidad de materiales, y luego no cumplen cuando se dañan las cosas. El servicio postventa y los que atienden por correo son incompetentes. Pongo una estrella porque no hay menos. Estoy arrepentido! Varios estamos por denunciar!

To be fair the company builds a good, well finished house but their after sale service is a disaster and frankly embarrassing. The company promises you the world before buying and deny everything afterwards. One needs everything signed by the "company" before you buy and copied. I could not recommend buying from them at any cost. I looked at other reviews and the reviews that are not good, you criticise. Your company does not take criticism well. Unprofessional to say the least. When I bought my Villa from you I dealt with a few of your staff Dear Mr. Houlihan We are writing to you to inform you that once we have gone over the snaglist and having attended all requests made by you we have resolved that all outstanding works have been carried out and no further requests will be attended unless they are made through your solicitor. We have been informed that your kitchen will be completed in the next few days. We come to this decision as we have found your rude and disrespectful attitude full of insults and threats too extreme for us to correctly carry out our work which we have carried out diligently, not just with you but with other countless homebuyers in Spain. We would also inform you that any attempt to confront any of our company's staff, whether it be in public or in private will be met with legal repercussians. Any slanderous actions towards our firm will also be met with the same actions. We would sternly advise you to heed this e-mail. Respectfully, Landgoed 2001 - Medhouses Alex, I wish to put the following on record. I cannot understand the content of your e mail and where it came from. In my dealings with you and your colleagues, I was always professional and respectful. Our solicitors gave you a snag list in early December 2021 and it is still not completed. That is a little over three months ago. The snag list was by no means extensive. We were not unreasonable. For example, the tv sockets in the Master Bedroom was located behind the door. We put in extension leads ourselves. This was unsightly but your builder told us that to move it would be too much. We accepted this. We could have insisted it being moved but we did not. The outside kitchen did not have a hot water supply. It was reasonable to assume that it should have. Your colleague told us at a meeting that it was impossible to install hot water now. We reluctantly accepted this. As a gesture of goodwill, I offered to purchase an electric hot water heater and asked if ye would install it. As you are aware we have solar panels in the house and this is an extra unnecessary cost to me. When purchasing the property last July Armando told us that standard white goods were included in the price and if we wanted "Bosch" it would be extra. This was denied by your associate subsequently. I also spoke to Armando in or around the 23rd February if, as a gesture of goodwill, he would contribute to a Pergola we were purchasing. He asked me to send him on the invoice, which I did, and he would "consider" making a contribution. A few days later, he denied the conversation. At a meeting a few weeks I said I would do a good review of your company in the hope that the snag list would be finished quickly. In light of your e mail now I cannot stand over my initial review. Alex, I texted you and rang you on many occasions over the last few months. You rarely responded. I spoke to Armando on this issue. He just made little of it. Your company makes a good house and is well finished. The "extras" were expensive but we did not argue. A snag list is normal when a house is completed. But a snag list should be completed in a short space of time. It is a pity that when I read the contents of your e mail that it has come to this. I did not see it coming. Chalet entregado y lleno de defectos, lamentablemente utilizan materiales muy pobres y de baja calidad, tal vez personal no calificado o una política de ahorro quién sabe, muy bonita estéticamente pero al final los problemas encontrados no fueron los esperados y no se puede vivir con la estética, pecado.

We have recently purchased a beautiful villa in quesada - villas palma. Although a little nervous buying a villa in Spain we have found the experience to be a very positive one . Theresa at med houses has been amazing - she has never made us feel rushed and checked with us on a regular basis to make sure all our choices were carried out as we wanted them. Completion ran smoothly and settling in was made easy by Theresa and the team of builders she liase with - minor snags were managed swiftly and to our complete satisfaction. Alex should also have a mention as has always been in the office to help when we’ve needed him. We would recommend med houses and their brilliant team to anyone buying a villa built by them.

Wir haben uns im November 2021 für ein Haus von Medhouses entschieden und die Entscheidung bisher nicht bereut. Die Zusammenarbeit/Kommunikation mit Alex und Teresa ist wirklich vorbildlich. Alle sind hilfsbereit und haben immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und unsere Wünsche. Insbesondere die Qualität der Häuser hat uns überzeugt. Oft sind es nur Kleinigkeiten, aber die machen ja bekanntlich den Unterschied. Bei anderen Häusern haben wir uns schon oft darüber aufgeregt, dass keine Türdichtungen verbaut wurden. Geht dann etwas Wind bekommt man vor lauter klappern kein Auge zu und ist gezwungen irgendwas zwischen Tür und Rahmen zu klemmen, um die Geräusche zu unterbinden. Bei Medhouses haben wir bei allen Türen Türdichtungen. Oder aber die Schiebetür vom Wohn-/Essbereich auf die Terasse, oft ist dort eine Stolperfalle, bei Medhouses ist diese Türöffnung im Erdboden versenkt, so, dass keine Stolperfalle entsteht. Soweit wir das beurteilen können hebt sich Medhouses qualitativ deutlich von anderen Mitberwerbern ab, alle verbauten Komponeneten machen einen sehr soliden, qualitativ hochwertigen Eindruck. Was uns ebenfalls überrascht hat, ist die ökologisch/ökonomische Art des Bauens. Unser Haus verfügt bereits standardmäßig über Photovoltaikmodule auf dem Dach, die so ins Gebäude integriert wurden, dass sie von außen nicht wahrgenommen werden. Auch eine Wallbox, an der wir unser E-Fahrzeug aufladen können ist vorhanden. Wir können Medhouses wirklich nur empfehlen.
