My Hero. I employed Christian after months of waiting for my urbanisation and insurance to act. He is a genius. He arrived with state of the art equipment and found the leak which the others failed to do. I am so grateful to him and can’t thank him enough. He is skilled, professional and thorough. He’s also a wonderful man and I was amazed how reasonable his invoice was. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I owe him a debt of gratitude.

Dry-Expert helped to fix a damp issue in our ground floor bedroom. Over the past two years we have used several craftsmen from a variety of local companies, and to be honest, this is the only one I can recommend. Even though the associated carpenter didn't honor his part of the agreement (!), which lead to a significant delay of the project, Christian Gross secured that the project was finished and delivered at the agreed quality. He was very reasonable when adjusting the budget for developments along the way. They deserve my best recommendations!

He was able to pinpoint the problem areas, the age of the problem and recommend the best solutions and what the solutions entail. I needed a house in the area checked to know if there were any humidity problems in the walls and insulation since these are not always apparent to the naked eye. So I had it looked over by this company. Current and possible future issues were promptly detected and explained in detail, portraying the causes and how to avoid / repair them.
