Has an English owner of our apartment in Nueva andalucia marbella, we were looking for a company on top of their job trustworthy and reliable for a total reform of our apartment We was so lucky to find Lee at LT Construction From start to finish working for us was a dream, he looked after everything from builders, electrician,plumbers, tilers this company could not do enough for us. My wife and I were really pleased with the remodelling of our pool and the additional work LT Construction undertook on our villa. During the 3 month project we were mainly back home in the UK but Lee kept us up to date with progress and was quick to offer solutions to the very few issues that arose. We will certainly be using Lee and his team again.

Oh, we had this amazing chance to work with LT Construction for building our new place in Malaga. Really, I can't say enough good things about them. Right from the start, Lee and the team were just top-notch. Their work, how professional they are, and how much they care about making things perfect, it was all just something else. They were always keeping us in the loop about how things were going. Anytime we had something to ask or needed something a bit different, Leewas right there, ready to help. And wow, did they pay attention to every little thing! They made sure every part of our house was just right. I would like to clarify the situation and give some context regarding this review. We were asked to repair a flat roof due to water ingress into the bedroom below. The property was rented out and was in a general poor state of repair with water ingress and raising damp on the ground floor throughout the property. The tenants where pushing the owner to make repairs as the condition of the property was becoming difficult to live in. The house had a pitched roof covered in terracotta tiles and an extension for a bedroom had been built. This bedroom had a laminated wooden roof covered by a waterproof membrane. Water ingress from roofs are always problematic and establishing the cause can be difficult. The membrane covering the flat roof was in a poor state of repair and had lifted in places and was cracked and weathered. The roof tiles on the pitched roof were loose and had not been laid with the correct adhesive. The above issues were communicated to the client who asked that the more obvious repair to the flat roof be carried out as he did not have the funds for a more extensive roof repair. The membrane on the flat roof was replaced but after the next rains water was still entering the bedroom but to a much-reduced amount. We communicated this to the client and suggested that the pitched roof should be retiled. We sent the client an estimate for the repair of the pitched roof but received no reply.

I contacted Lee for advice and guidance for work related to electric gates and a water depósito for our villa. After speaking with Lee and the advice he gave we decided to have other pieces of work completed as well. All work was carried out efficiently, with nothing being a problem and the honesty from Lee when discussing items of work was clearly evident. We are very pleased and confident in the level work completed and will look to use LT Construction again in any future work on our villa.

Ik werk al jaren met Lee als mijn vaste aannemer. Ik ben erg tevreden over Lee en zijn medewerkers. De adviezen en oplossingen zijn altijd goed, afspraken worden steeds nagekomen en het werk wordt zonder uitzondering kwalitatief uitgevoerd. Hij heeft een breed scala aan werkzaamheden bij mij uitgevoerd, zoals maken pergola, bad- en slaapkamers, renovatiewerkzaamheden in het gehele huis, riolering., afwatering, verplaatsen A/C systeem, dakrenovatie etc. Ik ben heel blij met hem.

Lee is a great giyy who offered to look at the house I wanted to buy near La Viñulea lake. I wanted to buy it but he adviced me not to or break it down and build a new one. The construction was not OK because of the land moving underneath the house. I recommand him for his honesty. No work to reform this house but honest advice.....

Lee and his team have done a fantastic job in completely renovating our bathroom and transforming it into all we had hoped for with a full refit. Due to travel restrictions during COVID Lee was extremely helpful in sourcing the bathroom kit and doing all he could to bring the project to a successful conclusion. LT Construction have carried out two projects for me. The first to knock through a kitchen to make a modern, open plan lounge diner at an apartment in Alhaurin Golf. LTC finished the job in budget and ahead of schedule. The team even managed to keep my "tricky" neighbours happy. Not easy with pneumatic drills early in the morning in an apartment block. The second was a much bigger project, the reform of a country house. Lee and the team were simply excellent. I was absent for much of the work so we communicated by FaceTime to adjust layouts etc. and the results are better than I expected. Halfway through the project we discovered the pool was so badly built that it had disintegrated under the tiling. With Lee’s advice, we redesigned the shape, the depth gradient and even the entry steps. It is now a fabulous feature at the heart of the outside space. Finding a company who will take care of you is not easy. I trust Lee and his team and I will use them again this October to do some more work at my home. I can only suggest that, if you need a capable professional builder, LT Construction will do a great job.

Lee designed and installed a new septic tank and grey water collection system for us. We were really impressed from start to finish. We received a quote and installation date in no time at all. The team were great - punctual, knowledgeable, tidy and very helpful including resolving other issues totally unconnected to the work for which we were extremely grateful. Lee kept in touch with us throughout the project and also gave us advice on future works. A really great and stress free job and we’d have no hesitation at all in recommending Lee and his team.

We hired Lee and his team to build a new bathroom on the first floor of our house, and to renovate our old bathroom on the ground floor. We also had new windows installed. Lee had the vision we needed to plan the new bathroom using the space available and kept us informed every step of the way. Lee’s price was reasonable and his team worked hard, cleanly and were very pleasant and finished the work on time and on budget.
