We have had 2 wonderful months here at Richmond. Quiet complex with sun all day and fantastic views of the sea with a fantastic sunset. Clean and nice pool area where you can relax all day. Nice starting point for hiking. Highly recommend this complex.

Wir hatten eine Terminvereinbarung zur Besichtigung, bei der ich leider etwas zu spät war, dies hatte ich aber rechtzeitig kommuniziert. Ich bin extra von Tenerifa mit der Fähre gekommen was auch eben die Verspätung verursacht hat. Nun stand ich vor dem vereinbarten Treffpunkt und es war niemand da. Ich hatte eine halbe Stunde gewartet , erhalte keinerlei Antwort, auf meine Nachrichten und auf meine Anrufe wird nicht reagiert und nicht geantwortet. Ich bin sogar durch die gesamte Nachbarschaft gelaufen. Ich habe herausgefunden, mit Blick auf den Balkon, um welche Wohnung es sich handelt, habe an die Tür geklopft. Es war niemand mehr dort bzw. niemand hat reagiert. Das ist mit Abstand das schrecklichste Verhalten und die schlimmste Kommunikation, die ich jemals erlebt habe. Eine Frechheit.

Firstly I'll tell you how difficult it is to please me, i dont write unless its really good or really bad, check my previous reviews! This team went to work for us when we was looking for our new place, Sibelle was a genius with her local knowledge in the area, we asked our questions maybe a month before and with the advice from sibelle we found the location for us, then she was able to find two options with everything that we where looking for and more. To the most important points, we had clear transparency from our fees to our rent and everything in-between, we even had welcome gifts from the team for us, a really beautiful local red wine for us wow! and also the apple juice for the the youngens! For us it was the extra touches like this that make this service one of the best in their field. Thank you again for our experience.

Warning! Very bad... They took our deposit, just like a thief! Not okay! We were promised our money for 5 weeks. They found out different reasons to take the deposit...not easy to handle things when we are back home now in Sweden. Never again!

Just returned from our first holiday in the apartment we were found by Victoria at Sibelle. Danach haben wir nichts mehr gehört.

My positive review goes to Victoria Lewis from Sibelle, who was a key factor in the purchase we made, I totally recommend her! She is a fully committed and professional real estate agent, giving us step by step guidance through out the entire purchase process. Victoria managed to identify the property suitable for us based on our initial demands and assisted us through out the notary and mediation phases, successfully proving that she really knows the real estate market and everything connected to it. She was prompt in answering every question we had, regardless of the working hours, so we really felt like we have an ally there and felt like we've known her since forever! Sibelle properties is lucky to have her as an employee!

I have sold 2 properties using Slbelle. On both occasions, I got more money than initially asked for, a bonus. I found working with her and her team very easy, very professional and very client oriented. My only gripe, if you can call it that, is the percentage paid. Unlike the UK where you can negotiate the percentage fee, in Gran Canaria there is no such option. All agents charge 5% of the selling price. Having said that, I would still use her company again. A dicembre 2018 abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone in un appartamento denominato Monsenor G-5. Siamo arrivati alle 11 di mattina e dopo una buona oretta si è presentata una bella signora, che fa parte della Canary Rentals di Puerto Rico che si è catapultata a ritirare il contante che rimaneva da pagare oltre all'acconto versato tramite bonifico bancario. Eravamo d'accordo che a quell'ora tutti i 4 letti sarebbero stati pronti, quelli a divano compresi, ma non abbiamo trovato nulla di pronto. La "bella signora" ci ha promesso che sarebbe tornata dopo 15 minuti per fare i letti, ma quel quarto d'ora si è trasformato in 5 ore........i cuscini che ci hanno messo a disposizione erano dei piccoli cuscini che solitamente si mettono sui divani per abbellimento (osceni da tutti i punti di vista), le lenzuola erano secche e ruvide, le coperte praticamente inesistenti, il divano a letto matrimoniale che c'è all'ingresso non ne voleva sapere di stare unito (si apriva un po dappertutto). poi abbiamo tentato di accendere la piastra elettrica per cucinare da mangiare, ma sia noi 4 che l'intervento di un elettricista di nome Mark (che è quello che ci ha consigliato questa location) non ci siamo riusciti e non abbiamo mai potuto farci nemmeno una moka di caffè. Una volta abbiamo provato ad andare nella piscina situata in alto sulla location, perchè quella che c'è in basso nel primo pomeriggio è già in ombra completa (senza sole) e abbiamo notato che gli sdrai erano "mummificati" dalle intemperie e abbiamo desistito. Mai più prenoteremo un'appartamento in questa agenzia, nonostante noi 4 andiamo a Gran Canaria tutti gli anni, sia a dicembre che a maggio. Adios !!!!!

Da vi etter lang tid leting fant vi vårt sted på GC. Playa Del Cura. og vi i tillegg fant den BESTE mekleren på GC. Sibelle. Hennes vinnende og profesjonelle vesen gjorde at vi fant vår drømmeleilighet. Første gang vi skulle ta i bruk vår pensjonist leilighet fikk vi sjokk, men Sibelle ordnet med håndtverkere som gjorde en kjempejobb for oss. Vi har under några år haft kontakt med Sibelle, har hyrt lägenheter genom henne. Sibelle har stor kunnighet, är mycket pålitlig och jobbar alltid snabbt och effektivt för kundens bästa.

Vi hade under ganska lång tid funderat på att köpa en lägenhet utomlands och bestämde oss ganska snart att det skulle vara på Gran Canaria som ju har världens jämnaste klimat med en medeltemperatur på 23 grader sett över hela året. Vi gjorde några trevare med mäklare när vi var där på semester men vi tyckte att det verkade allt för krångligt. Av en tillfällighet kom vi så i kontakt med Sunshine Properties( numera Sibelles Properties) och Sibelle och Sabina. Vi tittade på några olika lägenheter o fann ganska snabbt vad vi sökte, en liten, precis lagom stor lägenhet i lugna Playa del Cura. Tjejerna på Sunshine Properties hjälpte oss otroligt mycket, alla de saker som vi trodde skulle vara jobbiga och tidskrävande gick väldigt smidigt tack vare dem. Advokat, bank och poliskontakter klarades av på en enda dag, Sibelle och Sabina bistod oss genom hela processen och det som jag trodde skulle vara så jobbigt gick som en dans. Lägenheten andades lite väl mycket 90-tal så vi bestämde oss för att lägga en slant på helrenovering. Jag träffade hantverkaren i ett tidigt skede och fick ett bra intryck av honom. Sedan skötte vi det mesta genom kommunikation på whatsapp och några månader efter köpet var lägenheten färdig, det mesta var bra men det var några saker som jag inte var riktigt nöjd med men allting rättades till så att vi blev supernöjda och nu har vår dröm blivit sann. Jag kan varmt rekommendera Sibelle och Sibelles Properties om ni funderar på att köpa något på Gran Canaria Jacob
