Josine van Premium Villas heeft ons zeer goed begeleid met het zoeken en aankopen van ons droomhuis in Spanje. Ze stond altijd klaar en was zeer bereid om al onze vragen te beantwoorden. Tevens heeft Josine ons goed geholpen met allerlei zaken die erbij komen kijken tijdens de aankoop van een huis. Ik kan haar zeer aanbevelen aan iedereen die een huis wil kopen aan de Costa Blanca.

Het was en is geweldig om zaken met premium en met name met Josine te doen. Josine heeft ons een aantal huizen aan de Costa Blanca laten zien met veel toewijding en vakkennis. Toen een tijd later ons ideale huis te koop was hebben we heel snel met Josine kunnen afspreken ( dezelfde dag een FaceTime bezichtiging) en binnen een paar dagen was het huis, mede door het doortastend handelen van Josine door ons gekocht. Ondertussen begeleid zij ons met de verbouwing en kunnen we wederom vertrouwen op haar vakkennis, netwerk en taalvaardigheid. Kortom, premium villa’s heeft alles in huis om ons te ontzorgen.

Wir haben schlussendlich nicht über PREMIUM VILLAS gekauft , weil ein anderer Makler ein für und besser passendes Objekt hatte doch war die Beratung und das professionelle Team eine komplett andere Erfahrung die und keine andere Agentur vermitteln konnte. Schlussendlich hätte diese Firma es verdient aber hatte leider nicht das passende Objekt. Trotzdem ganz herzlichen Dank für Eure tolle Beratung und macht weiter so. Mit freundlichen Grüßen M.Glas

Throughout our home buying process, Tanja was incredibly communicative by promptly answering calls, texts and emails. I was introduced to Josine by a close friend who had recently purchased a property through her. She understood immediately what I was looking for - kept very very close to the brief and took a huge amount of time to properly understand my search. "Alle guten Dinge sind zwei" Nachdem der erste Vermittlungskontakt durch unvollständige Bauunterlagen seitens des Eigentümers von uns abgebrochen werden mußte, verlief es im zweiten Anlauf gerade zu perfekt. Hier waren sämtliche Dokumente bereits vom Eigentümer beschafft worden. Premium Villa hat hier die Due Diligence qualifiziert durchgeführt und aktiv den Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsprozess gestaltet. Daniel war hier in der Verhandlungsphase der richtige Impulsgeber. Tanja hat uns hier hervorragend mit viel Ausdauer und Detailwissen souverän beraten und begleitet. Alle prozessualen, behördlichen und notariellen Schritte wurden von Alicia aktiv und professionell gemangt. Kurzum Premium Villas hat hier einen hervorragenden Job gemacht, was auch in einer tollen welcome-party von uns gewürdigt wurde.

Erst einmal muss ich sagen habe ich 1 Jahr nach einem Objekt gesucht und meine Erfahrungen mit anderen Maklern mich rumärgern müssen. Bis ich dann durch Zufall an Premium Villas geraten bin und Tanja kennen lernen durfte. Nicht nur dass Sie uns das perfekte Objekt zeigte, welches wir auch kauften und nun seit einem halben Jahr glücklich bewohnen. Der Service hörte aber nach dem Verkauf nicht auf. Die Vertragsgestaltung ist wirklich ausgewogen und deckte unsere und die des Verkäufers vollständig ab. Nach dem Verkauf wurden uns alle laufenden Verträge umgeschrieben. Doch selbst als wir nun einen Stromausfall hatten oder kurzfristig durch eine Baustelle das Wasser nicht lief oder wir mit der Stadt etwas zu klären müssen und es nicht selbst hin bekommen wird uns geholfen. Da bin ich echt nicht nur positiv überrascht sondern begeistert. Als wir diverse umbau oder Modernisierungen vorhatten war nach kurzem Telefonat mit Daniel (dem Chef) am Folgetag ein Gartenbauer, ein Poolbauer, ein Elektriker sowie ein Sanitärfachmann vor Ort. Sollte ich das Haus irgendwann verkaufen wollen werd ich dies auch wieder über Premium Villas machen und sollte ich was neues suchen oder etwas hier bauen wollen werde ich auch mich an Premium Villas wenden. Daher von uns 5 Sterne von uns.

Muy informales y poco profesionales Habíamos quedado con ellos de 16 a 16:30 y a las 16:15 nos llamaron que no podían ir y nos dijeron que si podíamos posponer la cita para las 19 a 19:30, les dijimos que si. Pasaron las 19, 20,21 etc y hasta el día de hoy no se han dignado ni siquiera a llamar No nos parecen ni serios ni profesionales

Hay una chica Holandesa muy guapa y muy buena.
